About the Founder/Coach

Hi, I'm Tracey Robar, the founder of New Beginnings Poultry and Ducks and the Author of "From My Kitchen" gluten-Free cookbook inspired by my passion for health and wholesome living. I'm also a Holistic Natural Health Practitioner & Health Coach specializing in chronic autoimmune conditions, and I've dedicated my life to helping others become more self-reliant and confident in their journey toward sustainable living.

Since 2006, my family an I have been farming, learning, and sharing our experiences with others. through on-farm workshops, online courses, and The Farmstead Essentials Academy, I've had the privilege of guiding thousands of people toward their dreams of self-sufficiency. Each year, my husband James and I participate in Alberta Farm Days, opening our farm to the community to educate and inspire others about sustainable farming practices. 

When I'm not teaching or farming, I'm managing the marketing, website, and online presence for both our farm and the Academy, connecting with and inspiring farmers daily. My mission is simple: to empower you with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to build a life of self-reliance and joy.
